# Customize Required Fields Notifications on Transactions

## You can now customize what you require from your team on credit card transactions like receipts, expense coding, and description.

You can customize what you require from your team on card transactions, such as receipts, expense coding, and description. If a transaction is missing a required field, it stays in "Needs Action" status, and users can filter for those transactions in the mobile app or the web app.

To set your required fields, open Settings and select Company policies, then enable the required fields that apply to your organization. Available fields include receipt, description, account, and your active accounting segments.
