# Getting Started for Admins: Integrate Your Accounting System

## Sync with QuickBooks Online, Aplos or ParishSoft, or if you're using  upload your chart of accounts and build a Universal Export.

### QuickBooks Online, Aplos or ParishSoft: direct connection

These connect directly to KleerCard. Your chart of accounts syncs automatically, so there is no file to upload.

- **ParishSoft:** email [implementation@kleercard.com](mailto:implementation@kleercard.com) to set up your connection. Include your ParishSoft Org ID and ParishSoft URL in the email.

### All other software, or a spreadsheet: upload your chart of accounts

1. Export your chart of accounts from your accounting software as a spreadsheet. Include your expense accounts, plus any funds, classes or projects you track.
2. Upload it here: [Chart of Accounts form](https://share.hsforms.com/2ZL4FqG56QHuk9nBnJNsn5w4bq93).
3. We import it into your account, typically within 72 hours, and email you when it is ready.

**Vendor list (optional):** If you categorize vendors in your accounting software, you can upload a vendor list too. It lets you replace the merchant name from the card network (for example, many different gas stations) with your own vendor name ("Gas Station"). Most organizations skip this, and merchant names still export with your charges.

### Exporting charges to your books

Universal Exports allow you to create a custom formatted CSV to easily download charges.
