Getting Started for Admins: Verify Your Bank Account and Fund Your Wallet if applicable
Connect your bank, confirm micro-deposits and understand credit vs. wallet accounts
Step 1: Confirm your bank account is connected and verified
- Go to Settings, then Payments, then Bank Accounts (direct link).
- Confirm your bank account shows as connected and verified.
- If you see a prompt to confirm two small test deposits (micro-deposits), check your bank statement for two small deposits from KleerCard and enter those amounts. Micro-deposits arrive within 48 hours.
Step 2: Understand your account type
KleerCard offers businesses a free plan where you add funds to your wallet to power your spending and a paid option that offers a credit line that is paid in full each week.
Credit account
- You have a credit limit that applies across all cards combined, for example $5,000 per week.
- A statement generates every seven days and is paid automatically by ACH from your connected bank account. Once the payment processes, your spending power is available again.
- Your credit limit is different from individual card limits. The credit limit is the ceiling for the whole organization; card limits control how much each card can spend. Both apply at the same time.
- Need a higher limit? Email implementation@kleercard.com. We may ask for recent bank statements to review.
Wallet account
- You add funds before you spend. Cards draw from the wallet balance.
- To add funds, use this link: Fund your wallet. Click Change Reserve and enter the amount you want available for card spending. Funds move from your connected bank account into the wallet.
- To move money from your wallet back to your bank, email implementation@kleercard.com with the amount. We process withdrawals for you.
