How to Change your Organization Name

Change how organization's name appears in KleerCard, or update your legal name.

To change how your organization name appears in the KleerCard portal, and on cards and statements:

Go to the Settings tab, select "Company profile" and choose what name you'd like to update.

Short name: A shorter version of your organization name for display in elements such as the company switcher. This name does not get printed on cards.

DBA: Change the DBA (Doing Business As) name to update the name of your organization that you'd like to appear printed on cards and statements.

Legal name: Change this name if you've legally changed your organization's name. This name change will not change how your organization name appears on your cards or statements unless it matches the DBA name.

You'll notice you can also update your company logo and address on this page as well.

To update the legal name of your organization:

If the change to your organization name is a change of only two letters or less: Any available representative can process a minor name change, just call 888-234-2314 or email support@kleercard.com

If the change to your organization name is a change of more than two letters: Email the request along with legal documentation to support@kleercard.com. Acceptable legal documents need to clearly show the change from one business name or TIN to the other. Acceptable legal documentation includes:

EIN Letters
Filed DBA documentation
