Change or reset the email and password that you use to log in to your online portal.
To update your email address: log in and click on your name in the bottom left corner of the page, select "Manage your personal details", and edit your email address in the "Contact info" section.
To update your password: log in and click on your name in the bottom left corner of the page, select "Manage my login details", and change the password.
Company admins can reset passwords for team members by going to the Settings tab, selecting "Manage users", clicking the ellipsis next to the team member's name, and choosing "Reset PW." This generates a password reset email sent to your team member. Password reset emails expire after 24 hours.
If you or someone on your team forgot a password they can navigate to https://kleercard.com/login and click "Forgot password?", enter your email address in the email field and click "RESET PW" to generate a password reset email. Password reset emails expire after 24 hours.
