# How to print Transaction Report Details

If charge details are missing or cut off when you print a Transaction Report, try adjusting the page view before printing:

1\. **Collapse the sidebar menu.**  This gives the report more room on your screen.   
2\. **Set your browser’s zoom to 50%** Use the zoom controls in your browser’s menu to reduce the page size so more of the report fits on the screen.   
3\. **Check the print preview.** Before printing, review the preview to make sure the charge details you need are visible and that no columns are cut off.   
4\. **Print the report.** Once the preview shows the details you need, proceed with printing.

After printing, you can return your browser’s zoom to your preferred setting and expand the sidebar menu again.
