Cards can be suspended temporarily or canceled permanently from within your dashboard
To change the status of a card, simply log in to your dashboard and navigate to the Cards tab. Locate the missing card and click on the three dots to the right. From there, you have the option to either suspend the card (which can be reversed) or cancel it permanently. Suspending the card is a useful feature if you have misplaced it and want to search for it later. In case you decide to cancel the card, you can easily order a new one: Order a New Card
