Improvements

Mobile App Enhancements: The latest mobile app update (v3.2.0) now lets you switch between multiple companies without logging out, view and manage private vendors, and gives you a confirmation step before deleting receipts so nothing gets removed by accident.

Reporting: You can now download your reports as CSV files directly from the Reports tab. Just click the download icon next to any report to export your data for use in spreadsheets or other tools.

Cards: A new Card Export option has been added under Exports. You can now export card details using the same universal export tool you use for other data, making it easier to pull card information when you need it.

Payments & Transactions: Temporary charge notifications have been improved. You will no longer receive false alerts for temporary charges that are later removed, so your notifications now only reflect actual completed transactions.

Bill Management: Bill Pay approval rules have been upgraded to support more complex workflows. You can now set approval requirements based on amount thresholds with multiple approvers. Additionally, statement billing cycles have been standardized so all billing dates display consistently across the platform.

Fixed

Cards: Resolved an issue where locked cards could not be properly cancelled. You can now cancel a locked card without needing to unlock it first. Also fixed an issue where physical cards could not be unlocked after being locked, and corrected monthly card spend tracking to accurately reflect spending for the current billing period.

Mobile App: Fixed a reliability issue with receipt uploads on mobile devices. Receipts now upload consistently without needing to retry.

Bill Management: Corrected a display issue where imported bill totals were not showing the correct amounts.

UI/UX Enhancements: Removed extra scroll bars that appeared on Windows browsers, fixed the company switcher so companies now sort in alphabetical order, and updated universal export file naming to be more descriptive and consistent.
