New updates and improvements to KleerCard
Improvements
Bill Management: ACH payment invitation emails now display the vendor's DBA (doing business as) name instead of their legal name, making it easier for vendors to recognize payment setup requests from your organization.
Fixed
Admin Tools: Fixed a bug where a company's DBA name was being overwritten by their legal name when a new application was approved. Applications approved going forward will preserve the DBA name as entered.
Reporting: Fixed an issue where the "needs action" badge was not appearing on the transaction reports list when a report contained a charge missing a required receipt. The badge now shows correctly.
Accounts & Permissions: Vendor creation permissions have been tightened. Site admins were incorrectly able to create vendors — that access is now properly restricted to company admins and bill pay admins only.
Mobile App: Receipt push notifications were incorrectly defaulting to off for some users. The default is now on as intended, so you'll be reminded to submit receipts right after a purchase.
