# Product Update | March 26, 2025

## New updates and improvements to KleerCard

#### **Improvements**

- **Mobile App:** Approve fund requests and transaction reports directly in the app and extended 2FA (two-factor authentication) window to 30 days for easier access.
- **Approval System:** User approval popups now have separate tabs for card and report settings and updated text in approval popups for fund and card requests to make things clearer.
- **Logged Changes:** Changes made to user profiles are now logged for better tracking.
- **Reconciliation:** Temporary transactions older than 30 days are now automatically cleared, even if no completion event is received.

#### **Fixes**

- **Accounting Integrations:** Fixed QuickBooks Online integration getting stuck in an inactive state and vendors created in KleerCard now correctly sync with QuickBooks.
- **Mobile App & Authentication:** Fixed app logging users out when closed and resolved unresponsive reset password page.

- **Bill Pay:** Fixed editing of bill lines in a rejected state, and incorrect account codes/names in charge edit dropdown.
- **Amazon Business:** Resolved Amazon Business authentication issue affecting companies connected to the same AB account.
