# Product Update | November 11th, 2025

## New updates and improvements to KleerCard

#### **Improvements**

**Admin Tools:** Users can no longer change their own approver from the team management page.

**Bill Management:** A new multi-action save button has been added to bills—now you can save without closing, save and close, or save and submit all from the same place. The most recent rejection reason now persists on a bill until it is approved.

**Mobile App Enhancements:** The version number now displays in the navigation drawer for easy reference.

#### **Fixed**

**Accounts & Permissions:** Reactivated accounts now appear correctly in the company switcher.

**Payments & Transactions:** Fixed bug with special characters (like tildes) in check memos causing errors, and fixed incorrect “needs action” flags.
