# Product Update | October 30th, 2025

## New updates and improvements to KleerCard

#### **Improvements**

- **Reporting: **Launched new reporting product to build custom reports 🎉
- **Charge Edits:** Updated the design of the charge edit popup to provide thumbnail previews of receipts and to bring the overall design in line with our UI standards
- **KleerCard Receipts:** Automatic receipt generation for KleerCard-created charges (including FX fees, credits, and fees)
- **Bill Management:** Bills now persist the most recent rejection reason until approved.

#### **Fixed**

- **QuickBooks & Syncing:** Negative line items now sync correctly to QuickBooks. Fixed authorization issues for companies using the same QBO account, and duplicate bill syncing is now blocked with a lockout to prevent overlapping syncs
