What Is the Reserve Amount in Your KleerCard Wallet?

The reserve amount is a balance your organization deposits directly into your KleerCard wallet. It can work on its own or alongside your credit line to fund your account and increase your spending power.

How it works

  • Your reserve balance and provided credit line are available when making purchases. Transactions draw from your reserve balance before your credit line by default.

  • The reserve amount is replenished automatically with each statement payment.

 

How to add to your reserve

An admin can add to the reserve by initiating an ACH transfer from your connected bank account.

 

How to withdraw from your reserve

Withdrawing is done by lowering your reserve target. On the Wallet page, click Change reserve next to the reserve amount. In the "Change reserve amount" window, enter a lower New reserve target and click Update. Reducing the target releases the difference back to your funding source.

 

Who can manage the reserve?

Only admins can add to or change the reserve.
