Overview The reserve amount is a balance your organization deposits directly into your KleerCard wallet. It can work independently, or alongside your credit line to fund your account and increase your spending power.

How It Works

• Your reserve balance and credit line are both available to draw from when making purchases. Transactions draw from your reserve balance before your credit line by default.
• The reserve amount is replenished automatically with each statement payment.
• If you'd like to withdraw funds from your reserve, you can do so manually at any time.

How to Add Funds to Your Reserve An admin can add to the reserve balance by initiating an ACH transfer directly from your connected bank account.

Who Can Manage the Reserve? Only admins have the ability to add to or withdraw from the reserve balance.
