You can now customize what you require from your team on credit card transactions like receipts, expense coding, and description.
You can now customize what you require from your team on credit card transactions! For example, if you set receipts, expense coding, and description as required fields then your staff will be reminded if any of their transactions are missing those details. If any transaction is missing anything, it remains in the ‘Needs Action’ status. All users can quickly filter for those transactions that need action in the mobile app or the web application. To update your required fields go to the Settings tab, select Company Policies, and activate the required fields that apply to your organization.
