We've set up an easy process to help you dispute fraudulent charges in your KleerCard portal
The first step to disputing a charge is to reach out to the merchant to seek a resolution. Merchants can often resolve charge errors within a few days, but it can sometimes take us 30-60 days to win a dispute with a merchant. If you are unable to find a resolution with the merchant, then please initiate a dispute by following these steps.
1. Tell a KleerCard admin on your staff what charge needs to be disputed. Only admins can dispute charges.
2. Go to Charges in your main menu. Find the charge you'd like to dispute, click the 3 gray dots for that charge and select View

3. Select the red Dispute button at the top of the screen and follow the instructions.
