How to Hide Expense Accounts

Toggle accounts off/on to make them visible or hidden from your team when coding charges (eg. accounts, classes, departments)

If you find that some accounts in your chart of accounts have been imported, but you don't actually need them for credit card transactions, don't worry! You can easily hide these accounts in your segments by going to the Settings tab, and then selecting "Chart of accounts."

Once you're there, you'll be able to see your chart of accounts and make changes. Simply toggle the account status to the left to hide it from your drop-down menus.
