Activity History: You can now view a complete timeline of changes made to bills, including who took action and when. Basic history has been backfilled to January 1, 2025. Approval and payment history will appear for actions from April 15 onward.

Redesigned Team Management: The Manage Users and Manage Approvers & Delegates pages in the Settings tab make it easier to assign and adjust approvers, resend invitations, and track delegation.

Improved Approval Flow: Approvers can now be added or removed at any time, and AP Admins have more control over the process. All bill fields remain editable throughout approval with the exception of Vendors, which is intentionally locked and can only be changed by withdrawing the bill.
