Why is my card not working?*

Here are some quick troubleshooting steps to see why a card is not working

If your card is declined at a merchant you can now see the detail for the decline and the reason it was declined.  To see this data go to Charges / Declines (top tab.)

Some common reasons are:

Your card is not activated: Navigate to the Cards tab to see if your card is activated. If it is not you'll need to activate your card.

You reached your company limit: Are your total charges across all cards in your account nearing your company credit limit? You can review your company balance in the Statements tab. You can learn more here about company limits.

You reached your card limit: Is the card near the monthly spend limit? You can view this by going to the Cards tab and clicking on any one of your cards to view the remaining balance available on the card. If you fin you've reached your monthly limit on your card you can ask one of your KleerCard account admins to edit the monthly limit to allow for additional charges.
