How to Update Your Organization (Company) Profile

Your profile contains your organization details and the logo that appears on your reimbursement forms.

The company profile includes basic information such as the company name, address, and business type. It also contains KleerCard metrics, such as team member count, active card count, total monthly limits, company account balance, and total spent.

In order to access or edit your company profile, you need to have company admin privileges. Go to the Settings tab and select "View my company profile".

Please note: Modifying the company address does not impact card mailing or billing addresses; card mailing and billing addresses are unique to each team member and can be edited in their settings. Learn more about updating team members' information here.
