New updates and improvements to KleerCard

Improvements

  • Blackbaud Integration: The Blackbaud accounting integration is live, with support for syncing transactions, vendors, and accounts.
  • QuickBooks Online: Fixed an issue where bills synced with the wrong date and ensured vendors created in KleerCard now sync properly into QuickBooks.
  • New Mobile App (v3.0.0): Improved performance and design consistency with Easier receipt uploads and Improved handling of charge edits and “needs action” indicators
  • In-App Help: New contextual help buttons are now available throughout the platform, giving instant guidance without leaving the page
  • Vendor Management: Improved identifying duplicates vendors
  • Universal Exports: Added a new column for “Has a receipt” so you can track which charges include documentation.
  • Bill Payments: Clarified distinction between the date a payment was initiated and when it was completed.

Fixed

  • Company Selector: Action badges now display all types of approval requests, not just funding.
  • Delegation & Approvals: Fixed display of inactive users in report delegation and removed deactivated users from approver/delegate drop downs
