Changing Your Bank Account Used for Payments

Your KleerCard account can have more than one bank account linked. The account marked PRIMARY is the one used to pay statements, pay ACH bills, and fund your wallet.

To review or change your bank accounts:

Log in to your KleerCard dashboard at kleercard.com.
Open Settings.
Select Bank accounts (Payments section). You will see all of your linked accounts and which one is set as PRIMARY.
To use a different account for payments, set that account as your primary by selecting the three stacked dots.
To connect a new account, click "+ Add account" and follow the prompts in Plaid, the service we use to connect bank accounts.

A single primary account is used for all money movement (statements, ACH bills, and wallet funding); you cannot set a different account per action.
