Logging in for the first time
Upon receiving your KleerCard invite email, it is important to create your password immediately as the link provided will expire after 24 hours. If the link has already expired, please reach out to your account admin to initiate a password reset.
Using your new cards
If you have a Virtual Card, you can start using it right away by accessing it in the card's section of your web portal. On the other hand, if you have received a physical card, you will need to activate it by logging into your account and navigating to the Cards tab. Once there, click on the card line and enter the specific information for your card to complete the activation process.
Downloading the KleerCard app
To start using the KleerCard app, you will need to download it from your App Store. You can find the app available from Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Update charges with receipts and account assignments
You can easily manage your expenses with KleerCard. By using the app, you have the convenience of uploading receipts and assigning the appropriate expense accounts for your purchases in real-time. Simply tap on the push notification when you make a purchase, or open the app at any time and select the charge you want to update.
You also have the option to update charges through the web-based portal. Just go to the Charges tab, choose the relevant charge, and upload your receipt while assigning the expense account. This way, you can keep track of your expenses and ensure accurate accounting.
