How to Request a Card

To request a new card, follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the Cards tab and click on the "Request a card" tab in the top right of your screen

Step 2: Complete the request by selecting the type of card and controls that you desire. Click here for more information on card options

Step 3: Ensure that the New Card request is approved. If you are the Card Creation Approver or primary Admin, you will need to go to the Approvals tab and give your approval.

Step 4: Once approved, KleerCard will fulfill your request. Physical cards will be delivered within 8-10 business days, while virtual cards will be available immediately.
