Steps to order a new physical or virtual card
To request a new card, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the Cards tab and click on "Request a Card."
Step 2: Complete the request by selecting the type of card and controls that you desire. Click here for more information on card options
Step 3: Ensure that the New Card request is approved. If you are the business owner, you will need to go to the Approvals tab and give your approval.
Step 4: Once approved, KleerCard will fulfill your request. Physical cards will be delivered within 8-10 business days, while virtual cards will be available immediately.
