Card shipping details can be found in your portal
We don't automatically order and send you a physical card. To order your physical cards and create virtual cards navigate to the Cards tab and click the "Request A Card" button in the top right of your screen. Virtual cards are immediately ready to use once you create them. Physical cards typically take 7-10 business days to arrive.
Cards are mailed to the address each team member has associated to their account (this can be modified in the Settings tab) and card mailing address can be confirmed from the card summary screen found in the Cards tab of your customer portal.
